SCSWGA ANNUAL MEETING

October 10, 2022

Deckie Jones called the meeting to order and introduced the Board Members.

There were no minutes to read due to the brief introduction to new Board members, no business was discussed and Jane Webb did stated the Treasure's Report for 2022.

Treasurer's Report:

Lola Bradshaw read her report, which the current numbers were no available at updating:

Petty Cash Deposits (dues)

Expenses

Petty cash expenditure

10/10/2022 Balance

Handicap Chairman's Report:

Carole Stone reminded everyone to post tournament scores. If it is a four ball & you pick up, you still post a score on that hole you would most likely have made.

Membership/Website Chairman's Report:

Angie Ebey shared the following information:

*318 current dues paying members

For the Website, we are starting to move the Association into the 21st Century. With Rose having set up the Website and getting all started in using it, many are now printing their entry forms and the application for membership, we are striving to continue to move forward. With that being said we are working at trying to get members to pay using Zelle, please keep an eye on your email for updates on when and how to use the payment platform.

Tournament Schedule for 2023:

Cecelia has secured the following dates and sites for next year:

April 17th, 4ball at Darlington CC in Darlington

May 18th, stroke play at Founders Club in Pawleys Island

June 4th, 4ball at Blackmoor in Murrells Inlet

August 10th, stroke play at River Hills in Lake Wylie

September 25th, 4ball at Lancaster in Lancaster

October 9&10, Championship at Greenwood CC in

Greenwood

Linda Miller and Chris Shadoan presented :

Championship Flight medals

Closest to par three pins for today's play.

Cathy Robinson presented this year's Mary Lou Crowder Award to Kathy Cuppia.

Deckie present awards to the Tournament Chairs, Linda Miller and Chris Shadoan

Deckie also presented the proposed Constitution before the floor for a vote, there was no discussion raised and the vote carried by majority

Meeting adjourned by Deckie Jones.
